The overflow chamber is designed to maximize display volume, providing extra room for livestock and hardscape. As with all Ultum Nature Systems Reef Systems, the chamber features a cutout window for easy viewing of the water level.
The use of clear silicone provides an unobstructed view of the aquarium from all angles, creating a cleaner, more refined aesthetic compared to the traditional black silicone commonly found in most reef aquariums.
The sump is made from frosted blue glass. This sleek finish adds visual appeal and helps hide the sump’s interior—perfect for aquarists who prefer to display their Reef System without the stand doors.
This limited edition Peninsula Reef System will launch with three models – R120 (total volume: 124.82 gallons / 472.5 L), R150 (total volume: 156.4 gallons / 592 L), and R180 (total volume: 184.49 gallons / 698.4 L).
The limited-edition White Peninsula models will launch alongside the standard lineup, each offering the same premium finishes as our classic reef systems: your choice of grey or white stand, a sleek black overflow, and a smooth smoked-glass sump.”
